Every order can be paid, partial, or unpaid with balance due tracked on the transaction. You see each suki's total utang on their profile, filter debtors, view debt aging, print statements, record partial payments, and settle all outstanding balance from the dashboard—so utang stays with your station, not your rider.

Can Smart Refill work offline?

Smart Refill installs as a PWA on your phone and shows a friendly offline notice when the connection drops. Full offline ledger (recording sales and deliveries without internet and syncing later) is on the roadmap—not available today. For most tasks you need an internet connection.

Do customers need to install an app?

No install required for suki ordering. Each customer gets a QR code or link to your branded web order portal—they place delivery orders, track status, and pay balance from the browser. Optional walk-in counter QR for queue orders at the station. On eligible plans, the River customer app is also available. Staff can still enter phone, SMS, or walk-in orders in the owner dashboard.
