We listened to the struggles of both water refilling station owners and their customers. Every day, owners face the same challenges—finding customers, keeping operations smooth, and ensuring compliance. At the same time, customers deal with unreliable service and uncertainty about water quality. For such an essential business, the work was often harder than it should be.
Our own team shared the same dream: to one day run a water station. But we knew we didn’t want to do it the traditional way. Endless notebooks, manual tracking, missed orders—it wasn’t the future we imagined. We wanted something simpler, faster, and powered by technology.
That's why we built Smart Refill — a platform designed not just to manage operations, but to transform them.
