Answer guide
How does Smart Refill manage customer debt and utang?
Smart Refill tracks suki utang on every order: mark sales as paid, partial, or unpaid; show balance due per transaction and per customer; filter a debtors list; age receivables (30/60/90 days); print outstanding statements; record partial or full payments; settle all utang for one customer from the dashboard; and use the Call today queue with collection scripts—so debt stays with the station, not the rider.
Per-order payment status
Every delivery, walk-in sale, or collection entry can be paid in full, partially paid, or unpaid. The ledger stores amount paid, balance due, and a payment log (cash, transfer, etc.) on each transaction.
Per-customer balance and debtors
Customer profiles show total outstanding utang. The customer list includes balance filters and a debtors view so owners can see who owes money without asking riders.
Collections and aging
Debt aging groups outstanding balances by how long they have been unpaid. The dashboard Call today queue highlights who to collect from. Owners can record payments from the ledger or settle all open balances for one suki at once.
Statements and customer portal
Generate customer statements for outstanding orders—useful for collection visits. On supported setups, suki can view their balance and pay through the customer portal.
